From email of 8 -30 -13 to R. Smith applicant:
The sign overcrowds the wall area to which it is attached —
leaving an insufficient amount of brick sign band framing it
on all sides. I discussed this with you on June 24th when we
meet with the property owner regarding the need to revise
the approved shopping center sign criteria. You indicated
you were already aware of this issue and would have the
sign size reduced accordingly - however the sign is still the
same size.
