Tax Map 56F1, Parcels 1 and 2 (previously Tax Map 56, Parcels 107,107A and 107A1)
Tips for using these tables:
1. Begin by choosing one of the locations approved for signs on the Clover Lawn buildings. Each
individual table outlines the design criteria for a particular location on the buildings.
2. Once you identify an approved location, proceed to "sign type" within that table. That information
identifies the type of sign that is allowed in that particular location.
3. Then identify the corresponding size limitations.
4. Then identify the corresponding requirements for color, mounting, logos, illumination, etc.
