Provide a clear, high resolution, color (not black and white) photo- rendering showing both of the proposed signs on the building, the back -lit channel letter sign (above the second story windows) and the individual OK letter sign on the porch architrave. Do not show the Text in yellow highlight missing — however other portion of temporary sign banner in the photo rendering. note adequate to address required criteria a. The photo rendering you provided was black and white (not color as required), blurred and unreadable. b. Show the back -lit channel letter wall sign centered vertically with the existing "Connections Chiropractic Center" sign located in a similar gable at the east end of this building facade. i. Include the following note on the photo rendering: "The back -lit channel letter sign shall be centered above the middle, second story window and centered vertically with the existing Connections Chiropractic Center sign to the east, as shown on the approved photo rendering." 2. Revise the Reverse Illuminated Channel Letter sign drawing to include: a. The following notes: i. "The level of illumination provided by the LED lights will not exceed the illumination produced by a single stroke of 30 milliamp (ma) neon." OK ii. "The faces and returns of the back -lit channel letters shall be opaque." OK iii. Revise the Individual Letter sign drawing (produced by This sign has been removed from proposal Hightech Signs) to include: a. A title indicating the sign type: Individual Letters b. Lines designating the top and bottom of the sign band (porch architrave). c. The height of the porch architrave d. The sign material e. The following notes: i. "The sign shall not be illuminated." ii. "The sign letters shall be bronze color and mounted directly to the porch architrave without a raceway." iii. "The sign letters shall be centered vertically on the porch architrave and centered horizontally between the porch columns, as shown on the approved photo rendering." f. Note: If the sign is to be illuminated, details regarding the illumination including fixture type /color and bulb type /wattage will need to be provided. 4. ARB approval cannot be granted until Zoning approval OK — per S. Wright 02/23/2015 of the sign permit has been granted. Make sure you 2 signs - 6.6 sq ft and 4.3 sq ft address all outstanding comments from Stewart Wright, 30 sq ft max allowed Zoning Permit Planner.
