This form outlines the specific design criteria and the signs originally approved at this location. Future sign designs (new and /or replacement) must follow these criteria. They may
not exceed the number of colors or fonts used, and must maintain coordination of signs throughout the property. All standard ARB Sign Guidelines also apply.

"Building 1" refers to the southernmost part of the building. "Building 2" is the middle, connector building. "Building 3" is the northernmost part of the building.
