Permit B2022-01769 GSE has not been issued because zoning approval is waiting on the Boundary Line Adjustment.
The BLA is under review with Cameron Langille. He is the best person to contact about when this will be processed. It
looks like for this permit B2022-01769 GSE, once zoning has that approval, the plans are already approved and we
will be able to issue this permit.

Permit B2022-01769 GSE has not been issued because zoning approval is waiting on the Boundary Line Adjustment.
The BLA is under review with Cameron Langille. He is the best person to contact about when this will be processed. It
looks like for this permit B2022-01769 GSE, once zoning has that approval, the plans are already approved and we will
be able to issue this permit.

I have two comments for this BLA plat that require revisions to the plat:
1. [14-302 (13)(5)] Please remove reference to the critical slopes overlay in note 3. Critical slopes are not an official
overlay zoning district. The Steep Slopes Overlay Zoning District only applies to properties in the Comprehensive
Plan development areas. These properties are located in the Comprehensive Plan rural area.
2. [14-302 (13)(8)] Please revise the front setback line shown on Sheet 2. The front setback line should be 75' from
Spring Valley Road.
Once you have revised the plat, you can just email me back a PDF. Please let me know if you have any questions.
