The plat has been revised to reflect your comments as follows:
1. "Break" has been added to Dam Break Inundation Zone in note A.
2. A revised date has been added to the plat.
3. Ok.
4. The spelling of "County" has been corrected in note E.
5. We only surveyed and verified what is required for this Subdivision.
We did not resurvey those items that are not within 50' of the proposed new boundary lines.

So long as the property lines, lot configuration and site conditions have not changed then the subdivision approval from
2015 would still be valid. Unlike construction permits, there is no expiration date for a subdivision approval.

Yes, that phrase is normally used when someone is inquiring as to whether any construction has occurred on the
property. It could also mean some sort of environmental change, but that is not common. Like, a river somehow got
diverted and now flows through the property.

So long as the property lines, lot configuration and site conditions have not changed then the subdivision approval from
2015 would still be valid. Unlike construction permits, there is no expiration date for a subdivision approval.
