The maintenance thereof is the mutual obligation of the affected lot owners. Failure to maintain the improvements in substantially the same condition as originally approved by the County may constitute a violation of County ordinance(s)." 2. Comments from Other Reviewers: Albemarle County Engineering Services (Engineer) —John Anderson, janderson2@albemarle.org — Requested changes, see below (11/21/2022). 1. Delete curve arc C8, C9 labels at NE limit of Worrell Drive depicted on sheet 2. These labels appear errant'; if plat must define these arcs (it may be unnecessary), please relabel arcs on sheet 2, and update curve table, sheet 3. SUB-2022-00171 Review # 1 Dear Mr. McCollum: The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section, has reviewed the above referenced plan as submitted by Lincoln Surveying, dated October 12, 2022 and find it to be generally acceptable. If further information is desired, please contact Willis Bedsaul at 434-422-9866. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
