While negotiating to remedy the sewer problem in designated areas of Beaver Hill Mobile Court, we will strive to maintain adequate controls related to the sewer problem addressed and will pump the tank to control the problem as noted. In the meantime, we request your permission to permit new occupants at Beaver Hill Mobile Court, until our request/proposal is finalized/approved by Albemarle County. We thank you for your efforts in helping us to eliminate this situation. Sincerely, Ellis A. Sprouse 4774 Three Notch'd Road Charlottesville, Va. 22901
