Dear Mr. Biel,
On Saturday, July 27, Fred Jones Well Co dug a third well. They reached
water at 165 feet, obtaining 1 &1/2 gal/minute. As a result, we would like to
withdraw our application for inclusion in the jurisdictional area designation
for water service. I am optimistic that this will suffice for a very long
time, and we will have no need to continue the process for inclusion. Please
express my gratitude to your department for their help and compassion during
a stressful and uncertain time; and especially to you.... thankyou. Thankyou
also to the Board of Supervisors, for their time and concern.
