The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-309 & 14-3101 Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. Please provide soils
evaluations for revised lot TMP 32-24L to be reviewed by the Health Department. Health Director approval
is required prior to final plat approval. Comment addressed.

RE: Review of Proposed Subdivision Plat as part of a Boundary Line Adjustment for Tax Map 32
Parcels L, M and N located in Albemarle County, Virginia (SUB202200123).
Dear Mr. McCollum:
On July 26+, 2022, the County of Albemarle requested the Virginia Department of Health (via the Albemarle
County Health Department) review the proposed boundary line adjustment identified above. This letter is to
inform you that the above referenced plat is approved in accordance with the provisions of the Code of
Virginia, the Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations, and local ordinances.
Pursuant to § 360 of the Regulations this approval is not an assurance that Sewage Disposal System
Construction Permits will be issued for any lot in the subdivision identified above unless that lot is specifically
identified on the above referenced plat as having an approved site for an onsite sewage disposal system, and
unless all conditions and circumstances are present at the time of application for a permit as are present at the
time of this approval. This subdivision may contain lots that to do not have approved sites for onsite sewage
systems.
This boundary line adjustment does pertain to the requirements of local ordinances.
