This is a plat'of 1 1J30 A of ladind tuated in the vicinity of
Onion Ridge Church in Albemarle Co. Va. sold by Peter Burnley to John &
Mabel Watts & is bounded as follows: Beginning in center Hydraulic Road
opposite an iron comer to Chas B.Bol1'thence along read S 92 W 300 ft. to
a point opposite an Iron thence new lines with Peter Burnley 8 801 E 200 ft.
to an iron & R 9} E 184 ft, to * iron in line of Qbae-B. Holt 10} ft. 8.E
of a pine thence with Holt H 49} W 231 ft. to the beginning.

By deed dated January loth, 18913 recorded in the Clerks office
Of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, in D.B. 94 p.448 C.B.Fishburne
and wife, and J.S.Wood, conveyed to John W.Buruley a lot described as being
about three miles west of Charlottesville, on the east side of the 4ydraulle
Road, containing 7 6/10 acres, more or less.
The said 4ohn W.Burnley died acme twenty years ago, Intestate,
leaving surviving him,as his only heirs at law, a full brother, rater R.
Burnley, and a half brother, J.G.Wheeler, and to them this property passed
by descent.
NOW THEREFORE THIS DREn made this 24th day of July, 1934, by and
between the said 4.6.Wheeler and Bertha Wheeler, his wife, of the first part,
and the said peter R.ouruley, of the second part,
W I T B E S S E T H That in consideration of the premises, and the natural love and
affection which said parties of the first part bear toward the said Teter
R.Burnley, said parties of the first Dart do hereby grant, give and convey,
with special warranty of title unto said peter R.Buraley, all right, title
