CHECKLIST
The Lead Engineer is to complete this form within 30 days of final action of WPO plan;place the completed
form in the WPO folder and forward to the Imaging Center for digital closeout into LaserFiche. Once items
have been placed in LaserFiche,Imaging Center staff will forward back to the Engineering Department.

❑ At the Engineer's discretion,copies of unapproved plans/plats may be placed in the file if they lend clarity to the
review at a later date. If such plans are included,they should be clearly marked as unapproved and contain a
note clarifying why it was included.

NOTES: WPO project folders will be accepted by the Imaging Center when the following items are complete:
1) Checklist is completed and included in folder;
2) Documents are Acco-fastened(except plats/plans),and in chronological order(latest documents on top);
3) Documents are sufficiently identified as to which need to be scanned or saved to LaserFiche.
If the above items are not complete,Imaging Center staff will circle the incomplete item and return folder to the County
Engineer for corrective action.
