Below are responses to the comments in your letter dated September 29, 2022.

1. [14-302(A)(4)(5)] Provide the recorded instrument number for all easements. It appears there is a
drainage and sight distance easement that is missing deed book and page references on the callout.
✓ EASEMENT LABELS HAVE BEEN REVISED.
2. [14-302(B)(5)] Include a note that the property is subject to the Flood Hazard and Steep Slopes —
Managed and Preserved Overlay Districts.
✓ NOTE 10 HAS BEEN REVISED.
3. [14-302(B)(7)] Clarify note 7 that the Rivanna River Watershed is not a Water Supply Watershed.
✓ NOTE 7 HAS BEEN REVISED.
4. [14-302(B)(9)(10)] Revise the plat to show the Water Protection Ordinance Buffer (Stream Buffer),
Floodplain, and Dam Break Inundation Zone. It appears the Dam Break Inundation Zone is shown
correctly, but the line type for the Floodplain and Stream Buffer should be different. As you can see on
the County GIS these two layers don't exactly line-up:

5. [14-302(B)(10)] Provide the note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance
with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance."

6. [14-316] VDOT approval is required prior to final plat approval. VDOT's review is pending.
