It appears there is a drainage and sight distance easement that is missing deed book and page references on the callout. Addressed. 2. [14-302(B)(5)] Include a note that the property is subject to the Flood Hazard and Steep Slopes — Managed and Preserved Overlay Districts. Addressed. 3. [14-302(B)(7)] Clarify note 7 that the Rivanna River Watershed is not a Water Supply Watershed. Addressed. 4. [14-302(B)(9)(10)] Revise the plat to show the Water Protection Ordinance Buffer (Stream Buffer), Floodplain, and Dam Break Inundation Zone. It appears the Dam Break Inundation Zone is shown correctly, but the line type for the Floodplain and Stream Buffer should be different. [14-302(B)(10)] Provide the note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." Addressed. 6. [14-316] VDOT approval is required prior to final plat approval. VDOT's review is pending. Addressed. 7. [14-302(B)(8)] Provide the applicable setbacks as a note on the plat. The property is zoned R15 Residential and the applicable setbacks are provided in Section 4.19 of the Zoning Ordinance. Either provide the correct setbacks or revise the note to say the property is subject to the setbacks as provided in Section 4.19 of the Zoning Ordinance. 8. [14-302(B)(1)] Please include a date of revision. Comment stands.
