Jeff is handling the building permit so I would defer to him on how that is being handled. Like I said yesterday, the plat
application that is under review separately (SUB2022-123) is ready for final approval, but we need the physical copies
signed by the owner and notarized and delivered to the county for final approvals. The contact I have been working with
on the plat is Tim Miller. I would maybe reach out to him for an estimate of when those final plats will be printed and
routed for signatures. Once the county receives the plats we will review them one final time before signing and
approving them. Hope this helps.

It's been a couple weeks butjust circling back around on this pending BLA.
I emailed the soil consultant on September 13 and made him aware of the issues that need to be addressed. I have not
heard anything since but asked him to send me a revised site/soil evaluation report for Lot L and Lot N when it is
available. The surveyor will need to show the proposed drainfield area on Lot L and, once it has been delineated, a
100% reserve area for the existing house at 3475 Pritchett Lane (Lot N).

I'm reviewing this boundary line adjustment but there appears to be some conflicting information presented. The
survey from Tim Miller shows parcel M being absorbed into parcels L and N. The submittal for TM 32-24M has a survey
that shows parcel M remaining but a chunk is carved out to accommodate the existing dwelling on parcel N.
