[14-302(A)(2)] Provide a vicinity map showing the property and its relationship with adjoining land and streets, its relationship with landmarks in the area, and any detail adequate to describe the location of the property without field review. Addressed. 2. [14-302(A)(7)] Provide additional existing and departing lot lines for context. Property lines that are visible and will remain should be the same line weight as the proposed property line. Addressed. 3. [14-302(A)(9)] Provide the standard note "Revised TMP 78-20 and Revised TMP 78-20L each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." Addressed. 4. [14-302(A)(15)] Provide the names and addresses of each owner of record. Addressed. 5. [14-302(A)(16)] Show the limits of the State Dam Break Inundation Zone as applicable. Based on County GIS data it looks like a small portion of the property has the State Dam Break Inundation Zone. Addressed. 6. [14-302(B)(1)] Include a date of revision. Comment stands. 7. [14-302(B)(5)] Provide a note that includes the zoning classification of the property, including all applicable zoning overlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances. a. TMP 78-20 is also subject to the Flood Hazard Overlay District. Please include this in note 3. 8. [14-302(B)(7)] Provide a note that these parcels are neither in a Water Supply Watershed nor an Agricultural/Forestal District. Not addressed. a. Clarify that the Upper Rivanna River Watershed in Note 4 is not a Water Supply Watershed. b. Add a note that the subject properties are not within an Ag/Forestal District. 9. [14-303(A)] Provide the statement of consent to division. A statement that: "The platting or dedication of the following described land [insert a correct description of the land subdivided] is with the free consent and in accordance with the desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees, if any." Addressed. 10. [14-303(C)] As mentioned above, provide additional boundary lines with bearings in degrees, minutes, and seconds. Curvilinear data shall include radius, central angle, are length, and tangent distance. Addressed. 11. [14-303(E)] Provide the total acreage of each existing lot and each proposed lot. There should be a before and after measurement for each parcel. Addressed. 12. [14-303(I)] Similar to comments above, provide a definite bearing and distance tie between not less than two (2) permanent monuments on the exterior boundary of the property and further tie to existing street intersection where possible and reasonably convenient. Addressed. 13. [14-303(0)] Provide signature panels for each owner and for the agent for the board of supervisors. The signature panel for the owner shall be located immediately below the statement required in comment 9 above. Comment not fully addressed. Provide a County Approval signature panel for the Agent for the Board of Supervisors. 14. [14-303(P)] Provide notary panels for the notary to acknowledge the signature of the owner. Addressed.
