The Commission also noted in discussion that some mix of housing types would be preferred and the proposal does not address impacts to schools. The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 6:0 to permit substitutions of the recreational facilities as stated in the Staff Report. The Planning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 6:0 to allow a 5% reduction in the minimum amount of required parking spaces as stated in the Staff Report.
