[14-301(C)] On the sheet that is labelled "Sheet 1 of 1", please correct it to "Sheet 1 of 2". 2. [14-302 (A)(1)] On Sheet 1, please revise the title of the project to remove "100' Septic and Building Setback and 75' Building Setback Line". 3. [14-302 (B)(1)] Please add a date of last revision to Sheet 1 once the edits are made. 4. [14-302 (13)(2)] Please revise Note 7 to add "water supply" before the word "watershed". 5. [14-302 (13)(8)] On Sheet 2, please remove the "75' Building Setback Line, DB 2532-261, DB 1117-410, Hereby Vacated" label. Additionally, please remove the dashed line that represents this label. 6. [14-302 (B)(8)], 14-302 (B)(30)] On Sheet 2, please remove "100' Septic and Building Setback, DB 2532-261, DB 1117-410, Hereby Vacated" label. Additionally, please remove the dashed line that represents this label. 7. [14-212.2 (13)(1), 14-303 (A)] Please revise the statement of consent above the owners' signatures on Sheet 1 so that the statement says, 'The platting or vacation of the following described land, ..." a. Per Virginia code 15.2-2272, the applicant will need to prepare a deed that explains that this plat is vacating the 50' right-of-way reservation shown on this plat. The deed will need to be recorded at the same time and with the plat at the Albemarle County Circuit Court Clerk's office after the plat has been signed by Albemarle County staff.
