Hope you are having a good day.
Following up on your comments for SUB2022-175 Israel's Gap Community Fund LLC Rural Division and BLA.
The attached plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated November 3, 2022 as follows:
1. Ok.
2. The references of T.M. 86-16 and 16F1 on the plat were for additional information only and not
required. This plat does not represent a survey of the boundary lines adjacent to those parcels. Those
references have been removed from the plat.
3. A revised date of December 7, 2022 has been added to the plat.
4. We have been advised by the other planners that the requirement is to state that the property does or does
not lie within a Water Supply Watershed and not to list the name of the watershed.
5. Ok.
6. Ok. Please let me know when you have received VDH approval.

8. Ok. Please let me know when you have received VDOT approval.

Good afternoon Gwen,
The First Review Comment Letter and Tier II Groundwater Assessment are attached. VDOT review is required and those
comments will be forwarded to the applicant upon receipt by the planning staff. Additionally, VDH review is required —
please submit a soils report so I can forward it to them for their review. Lastly, please be advised that this subdivision
application will need to be approved and recorded prior to the approval of applications SUB202200173 and
SUB202200174.
