Long story short, I apologize for the delay of sending these comments. However, 1 cannot review or approve the plans submitted 1/23/2013 for two reasons: 1) The existing conditions sheet is no longer an accurate depiction of existing topography for this parcel (i.e. there have been roads and SWM facilities built which aren't shown on this sheet) 2) The county has received WPO applications for this parcel with the following numbers: WP02007-00008 WP02007-00084 WP02012 -00057 WP02013 -00005 WP02013 -00006 We need to understand how these amendments relate to one another. It appears the plans submitted 1/23/2013 are an amendment to WP02012- 00057, which was an amendment to WP02007- 00008. We will need to see what is proposed to change compared with the previously approved and amended WPO plans. This could be accomplished via: - A letter explanation of changes proposed compared with previously approved and amended WPO plans for this parcel or - Revisions to the previously approved and amended WPO plans (i.e. previously approved sheets with proposed changes "clouded out" with explanations for why the changes are proposed that are dated concurrent with a resubmittal date). Please call back or email if you would like to setup a meeting to clarify my comments above.
