Douglas - Rural Division Hi Ellie, I have reviewed the rural division plat (SUB201300022) for the Richard Douglas property. There are actually two separate open -space easements on the Douglas property. • Open -Space Easement DB 1954 PG 119 is held on the portion of TMP 47-11G that is designated as Tract F- 175.39 acres on the rural division plat. • Open -Space Easement DB 1584 PG 553 is held on TMP 47 -11 and the portion of TMP 47 -11G that is designated as the Residue TMP 47 -11G on the rural division plat. The rural division plat appears to follow the boundary between the two open -space easement properties and therefore does not use any VOF division rights since they are two separate easement properties.
