I am in Staunton today and unfortunately am not available to review the plat to meet your review deadline. 1 However, I wanted to let you know.mat I was recently in contact with Daving and he had informed me of the plans concerning the internal boundary line adjustment of the tax parcels. Based on his description, everything appears to be consistent with the terms of the easement. The tax parcels included within the easement property include TMP 55 -21, 55 -80, and 55 -81. From my understanding, the boundary line adjustment will be an internal boundary line adjustment within the easement boundary to revise TMP 55 -21 to 114.6 acres and revise TMP 55 -80 to 199.70 acres. TMP 55 -81 will remain 13 acres. Based on Mr. King's description, the proposed boundary line adjustment will not impact or alter the perimeter of the open -space easement boundary. If you have any questions regarding the information I shared or need to provide me any additional information regarding the plat, please let me know. This is for TMPs 55 -21 and 55 -80 . Unfortunately, I didn't realize these parcels were under easement until this morning and my deadline for review is tomorrow. King - BLA Gwen, I have reviewed the above noted application and have no comments. However, it appears that the Virginia Outdoors Foundation has a Conservation /Open Space Easement on both of these parcels. They gave their tentative approval via email due to being out of town. However they will pick up the plat tomorrow to make sure that what Mr. King conveyed to them over the phone is reflected on the plat. I don't think they will, but should they have any comments, I will forward them as soon as they are received . I know she picked up the plat, and I sent a follow up email earlier today, so I'd say if we don't hear anything back by Monday then you can proceed with getting signatures.
