The Board approved your proposal with conditions to be administratively approved by staff. You have provided revised drawings addresses each of these conditions. Your submittal satisfies these remaining issues, you may consider this your Certificate of Appropriateness. This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved plan or materials will require an amendment to the application and may be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board. Owens Atwood Architects, Inc 700 Harris Street, Suite 102 Charlottesville, VA 22903 RE: ARB- 2005 -26: Union Bank & Trust Pantops Renovations - Preliminary Review of a Minor Amendment to a Site Development Plan (Tax Map 78, Parcel 72) Dear Mr. Owens: The Albemarle County Architectural Review Board reviewed the above noted item at its meeting on Monday, April 4, 2005. The Board unanimously approved the request, pending staff administrative approval of the following conditions: 1. The enclosures shall include as much glass as possible with as minimal framing as possible and the frame shall be dark gray. Or, the enclosure can include divided lights as described by Ms. Smith. Please provide: 1. Two copies of revised drawings addressing each of these conditions. 2. A memo indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If changes other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also. 3. The attached "Revised Application Submittal" form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure proper tracking and distribution. When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
