Re: CVS #1554 — Charlottesville, VA — Site Plan Amendment
Dear Mr. Fritz,
This serves as our request for an administrative Site Plan Amendment to incorporate the
three previous Letter Revisions and to modify the landscaping plan per the attached
drawings. As discussed, there was not enough space to install all 9 Dwarf Burford Holly
shrubs shown on the plan to be installed around the transformer. Four (4) of these shrubs
were relocated as shown on the attached plan.
Please let me know if these proposed changes are acceptable to you so that we can obtain
final approval of the landscaping.
