The revisions for my comments look good. The fourth sheet isn't something we review, the only restriction we have is
that the development rights be used within the 1980 boundaries of the parcel...so that's good as well. Yeah, as long as
there is a 'revision' date, I think it's fine. Should be good to go for signatures.

I've attached a revised copy of the plat. I've addressed your comments and I have also added a fourth sheet showing in
more detail the development right restriction line as requested by our client. I have a revised dated of March 26, 2013
on the plat. Would you please except that as the revised date? The deeds have been signed with that revised date and
the owner is in Europe right now.
