In 1980 the Board of Supervisors removed this property from
our sewer service area. Since the property owner was unable
to use the line being installed on their property we had to
condemn for the easements, but we ultimately settled out of
court. There is no language in the deed of easement giving
the property owner the right to connect to it. I 'm sure
Pete will tell you the size of the line is ample for
anything that might flow into it but, due to the topography
of the subdivision, not many more lots could be served by
this particular line. Let us know if you need anything
else.

Here' s a forwarded copy of what I supposedly sent the other
day. I will have to delve into the file to determine the
design basis for the pump station to see if it can handle
the additional flow of the entire Terrell Subdivision.

The sewer line itself has plenty of capacity to carry the
sewage from the rest of Terrel Subdivision. Whether or not
the rest of the lots could get gravity service is a question
mark. Lines would have to be extended to pick up all the
houses . The sewer line drains to a pump station and I am
checking with maintenance and in our files for the capacity
of the station, as that would be the limiting factor if
there is one. Thanks.
