Typically official submittals(hard copies) of plats are required for resubmittal/review as emails are easily overlooked and
pdfs are hard to read; however, being my initial comments for this plat were extremely minor in nature, in an effort to
expedite the review I reviewed the email submital accordingly.
The plat appears ready for approval, please submit signed/notarized plats for County approval.

Good morning,
Please find attached a pfd copy of the Revised BLA Plat for Joseph Stephens.
The plat has been revised to reflect your comments dated September 6,2013.
1. We field surveyed Parcel X shown on the attached plat and there are no existing buildings within fifty feet of the proposed lot
line.
2. We did not field survey the residue of T.M. 109-47K. The boundary lines of 47K that are shown with metes and bounds are
shown because we did need to field survey that portion of 47K to verify that the new boundary markers were set correctly. We have
shown the residue of 47K schematically on the plat to show that there is an abundance of frontage remaining.
3. The vicinity map has been revised to a scale of 1"=2000'.
4. A revised date has been added to the plat.
Please review these revisions at you earliest convenience and let us know when the plat is ready to sign.
