As demonstrated by the enclosed plan, the Kirtley warehouse building can be served by gravity sewer. But due to the fact that this would entail removing many of the existing trees at the rear of the Northridge property as well as having construction activity on a 2:1 slope, we have decided to maintain the force main that runs from the Kirtley warehouse. The force main would be tied into the plumbing of the existing brick office building located at the front of the Kirtley property which is connected to the public sewer system. We feel solution is in line with the comprehensive plan and is ecologically sensitive to the surrounding properties. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to call me.
