A few of the items required for the county-wide application were not included in your submittal. Please submit the following so that review of the application may move forward: 1. Material samples/colors, including identification of the material that is rendered as brick. (Is it really brick or is it EIFS with a brick pattern?) Provide one set. 2. Scalable architectural elevations drawn to the scale of 1/8" = 1'. (The 11 x 17 drawings are too small to read.) Provide 2 sets. 3. If existing or proposed utilities and/or easements are on-site and are not shown on the 7/8/13 site plans, update the plans with this information and re-submit. Provide 2 sets. 4. Indicate if building illumination is proposed. If it is, add this information to the lighting plans and re-submit. Provide 2 sets. Please submit this information within 15 days of the date of this message or request indefinite deferral if you need additional time to assemble this information.
