Nucci — final subdivision (Parcel C -2 and C -3) Dear Ms. Batten: The County of Albemarle has received an application to subdivide [Tax Map 43, Parcel 231]. The existing parcel of record has two (2) existing homes and the division attempts to locate each home on it's own lot. The applicant has provided soils information for a reserve area on the proposed 2.35 acre parcel C -2, which is attached. The soil scientist has provided the existing primary and reserve drainfield area for the residue (7.06 acre parcel C -3) as located on Health Department Permit ID # 84 -412. This project requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval. Please review the proposal for suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.2.4, and Chapter 14, Sections 14 -309 and 14 -310 of the Albemarle County Code. Once we have Health Department Approval and owners signature, we can deliver the original mylar to the county for their signature. They normally have it signed within 24 hours.
