Typically comments for SRC are held till the fee is paid. SRC for this project is this Thursday, May 8, 2014. The public notification fee for this project is $200. Once the fee is paid, comments will be released. Please advise. Notably,the site plan, sheet C-201 depicts the proposal as 4 units.This is the sheet I used to draft up the legal ad. Upon receiving your email I reviewed the pre application meeting notes and it appears the proposal discussed was for 8 units. Also sheet C-001 of the site plan lists 8 units. My comment will state something to the affect of:Assure that sheet C-201 is corrected to depict the correct number of proposed units for the new building (8 proposed units). Thank you.
