(32.5.2(a)]Show the closest boundary line and provide a dimension between the line and the proposed improvements. The site dimensional plan has been revised to reflect a dimension between the nearest boundary line and the proposed improvements. 2. [32.5.2(a)]Add Entrance Corridor(EC) to the Zoning note. The cover sheet has been revised to add Entrance Corridor (EC) designations to the zoning note. 3. 132.5.2(a)]Once a boundary line is shown, provide departing lot lines where applicable. Departing lot lines are shown on the Tree Canopy Exhibit. 4. 132.5.2(a)]Provide setback information, either graphically or in the notes. The site dimensional plan has been revised to reflect a 15' side yard setback and 20' management line setback. 5. [32.5.2(b)]Provide the total number of parking spaces including those added with this proposal. The cover sheet has been revised to reflect the number of car and bus parking spaces, as well as the number of new spaces. 6. 132.5.2(d)]Show areas of the site where existing slopes exceed 25%. The areas of the site with critical slopes (exceed 25%) have been shown on the Existing Conditions Plan. 7. 132.5.2(e)]Show any existing landscape features as described in 32.7.9.4(c). There are no landscape features within or near the planned limits of disturbance. We are adding landscape features with this design. 8. (32.5.26,k,l)] Verify that the location(s) of all existing utilities and utility easements including water, sewer, drainage, telephone, cable, electric and gas are shown on the plan. If any, please label with the Deed Book and Page reference. Visible utility appurtenances and utility markings were located during field surveying and are shown on the Existing Conditions Plan however existing utilities will not be impacted by this project as a result of the design. As indicated on the Cover Sheet, the contractor is to notify Miss Utility and the utility companies prior to the start of work for verification. Indicate the existing locations of the "relocated sheds"on the plan. The existing locations of the "relocated sheds" are now shown on the Existing Conditions Plan that we added to the plan set. 2. Revise the size of interior parking lot trees to 2-1/2"caliper minimum at planting. The landscaping schedule has been revised to reflect a minimum of 2-1/2" caliper trees for interior installations. 3. Revise the plan to show perimeter parking lot trees, 2-1/2"caliper minimum at planting, spaced 40'on center. These trees would be a continuation of the perimeter trees along the south side of the existing parking lot as illustrated on SDP-2006-01. A landscaping schedule has been added to reflect a minimum of 2-1/2" caliper trees for perimeter installations, 40' on center. 4. Add the standard planting note to the plan: "All site plantings of trees and shrubs shall be allowed to reach, and be maintained at, mature height; the topping of trees is prohibited. Shrubs and trees shall be pruned minimally and only to support the overall health of the plant." The Landscaping Plan has been revised to include this note. 5. Check the boxes on the Conservation Checklist that apply to the proposal. (32.5.2(a)). There are no specific boxes checked on the conservation checklist for this project since there are no existing trees within or near the planned limits of disturbance. Additionally, the existing 4' high chain link fence will create a barrier between the planned construction site and adjacent areas to be left undisturbed.
