The latest plat that I reviewed was dated July 19, 2013...so according to the plat you emailed, it looks like it's been revised twice since then but not submitted to the County. My most recent comments were mostly about the deed and agreement referenced above, but I did have one minor comment about the owner of the open space (I have attached that email for reference). Based on a quick review of the PDF it looks like that's been addressed but it was never officially submitted for review. As I said in my email to Vito, at this point his deed and agreement need to include the last revision date of the plat (along with the other revisions noted by the County Attorney's Office) and then the revised plat and the revised deed and agreement should be submitted at the same time for review. At that point, I will send the revised deed and agreement (with a copy of the revised plat) to the County Attorney's Office for review and (hopefully) approval. Simultaneously I will review the plat.
