Ellie,
I just spoke to Brock about the septic fields for each of the two parcels. Neither filed is affected by this adjustment. His
mother's field (Parcel 58A) is directly behind her house (SE)and so this adjustment actual makes things better. His Field
(Parcel 58A1) is to the SW of his house and was never in danger of encroaching with this adjustment. I assume from your
Comment#6 that a note would not be required. I have addressed your other notes.Are things good for Owners'
signatures?

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you, I was out sick yesterday. The watershed note looks fine. Your explanation
of the floodplain notes is fine as well...I thought you meant to show or hatch the areas on the plat, but I now understand
what you're doing.
