If the preliminary site plan approval expires, a new application must be filed and processed. The final site plan will be subject to all final site plan requirements (Zoning Ordinance Section 32.6), in addition to the following conditions: 1. The Planning Department shall not accept submittal of the final site plan for signature until tentative approvals for the following conditions have been obtained. The final site plan shall not be signed until the following conditions are met: A. Planning Department approval to include: 1. Planning Department approval of landscape plan. B. Engineering Department approval to include: 1. The plan shall be sealed, signed, and dated by an architect, professional engineer, land surveyor with 3 (b) license, or landscape architect licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia; SDP-44 Brown Auto September 8, 1998 2. Albemarle County Engineering approval of grading plans and drainage computations. Provide provisions to handle the flow from the wet weather stream; 3. VDOT approval of plans. Per VDOT, submit drainage computations for review to determine of any impact to existing facilities; 4. Albemarle County Engineering approval of a Stormwater BMP Plan, in accordance with the recently adopted "Water Protection Ordinance." Engineering recommends the detention and water quality facilities be combined or operate in series. Contact the Engineering Department for assistance once the removal requirements have been determined; 5. Engineering Department approval of an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan; and 6. Provide copies of an off-site grading easement or letter of intent to grant the easement. C. VAlbemarle County Building Official's Office approval to include: 1. Relocate the van-accessible barrier-free parking spaces so that it is adjacent to the sidewalk at the front of the building; and, 2. Provide a curb cut at the head of the relocated barrier-free parking space's striped access aisle. D. \% Albemarle County Building Codes and Zoning Services approval to include: 1. Architectural Review Board issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness; 2. Please indicate the special use permit number, SP-98-19, and note, "Vehicles shall be displayed only in areas shown on this plan and shall not be elevated"; 3. Please provide photometrics for the parking lot lights to demonstrate that the lighting spillover does not exceed '/2 foot candle; 4. This plan shows construction of a retaining wall on adjacent Parcel 14, the site of the Brown Toyota/Mercedes Benz at Pantops. Therefore, approval of this plan results also in an amendment to the site plan for Parcel 14. Please indicate this by note on the plan. E. Albemarle County Service Authority approval to include: 1. Review and approval of final construction drawings for water and sewer extensions; and, 2. The sizing and placement of the water meter will be addressed in the review of the final water construction drawings. SDP-44 Brown Auto September 8, 1998 You are responsible for contacting all applicable departments and agencies, and satisfying the conditions for approval of the final site plan. When the final site plan meets all requirements and conditions, and tentative approval has been granted by each department or agency, a final submittal must be made to the Department of Planning and Community Development in order to schedule the plan to be signed at the next Site Review Committee meeting.
