Bill (or whoever signs the plat) always complains a bunch when several copies are submitted....you know, it tires them
out to have to sign so many pieces of paper! But,yeah,we'll sign 5 if you need it done. Remember I keep one unless
you want to make me a copy.

After we talked this morning I contai~ertl our district office to see what they want' me to do with the remaining 3 plats
since they sent me 5 plats. They are trying to figure it our but I was just wondering if we can get 5 of these signed
instead of just 2. It appears they may need to have many"originally signed" copies.
Please let me know if that is possible.

Hi Darryl,
I hope you are doing well. We received some requested changes for the plat from Ms. Ellie Ray at the County. Ms. Ray's
January 6th memorandum outlining the requested changes is attached to this email.
VDOT and PDF Property, LLC are fine with the changes Ms. Ray requested in her memorandum, provided that the
following modifications are made (which have been approved by Ms. Ray):
1. Item number one-The note to be added to the plat should read as follows:
"Tax Map/Parcel 121-87 contains a building site that would comply with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance. Tax Map/Parcel 121-98 contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance."
2. Item number two-The following language should be added at the end of the note after the words"further divided"
Into parcels of less than 21 acres each"
If you would kindly make the changes requested by Ms. Ray in her January 6th memorandum, with the modifications
noted above, and then circulate the plat for review,that would be much appreciated.

Yes, I think it's a good idea for you to review it once more before we start getting signatures. Once we get your final OK,
we'll get VDOT and PDF to sign and then submit the plat to the County for the County's signature.

If you're confident all of my comments have been addressed,then yes you will need to get all signatures prior to
submittal for final County review and signature. If you want to make sure all of the comments are addressed before you
spend time getting signatures,you can submit without the signatures and I'll review it once more to make sure
everything has been completed.

We are working with the surveyor to make the changes you requested for the plat (with the two modifications you
approved).
Once we have a final plat, I believe that both VDOT and PDF will need to sign the plat before it is submitted to the
County for execution. Do I have that right?

This is to account for the fact that VDOT would not be subject to a local ordinance except where specifically provided in
