Date: Feb.6,2014 Subject: SUB-2013-184-Michie-Family Division The Planner for the Zoning&Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14-302 (A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Provide the deed book and page number for the prescriptive easement from points'A'to'C'. Addressed with Note 1 on sheet 2. 2. [14-302 (B)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural forestal district. This property does not lie in a reservoir watershed district. Revise the note to state the correct information. Revised with correct Information. 3. [14-303(S)] Control points. Provide at least four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the property and located at survey property corners, and shown on each sheet depicting the property. At the option of the subdivider, the control points may be shown on a copy of the final plat, rather than on the original final plat. Control Points were added. 4. [14-212 (C); 14-316] Approval of entrance on public streets. VDOT approval is required. Provide a statement from VDOT granting their approval. VDOT Approval has been granted,Contact Dennis Seale with questions. 5. [14-309; 14-310] Soil evaluations; Health Director approval of wells and/or septic systems. Soils work has been provided, however the approval is yet to be given. Approval will be required prior to signing of the plat. Soils work has been submitted by Gooch Geotech.
