The easement plat and the three deeds dedicating the permanent drainage easement, 390' sight distance easement, and
stormwater management access easement have been recorded today in the Albemarle County Clerk's Office.
Attached for your respective records and reference are scans of each recorded instrument with its recording receipt. The
recording receipts have the Deed Book and page references.

I picked up the three deeds this morning from your front desk.
The package included the easement plat to be recorded but not the original of the Certificate of Plat(copy attached for
your ready reference)which I included in my documents to you to complete the package of documents to be recorded.
You have the original of the Certificate of Plat signed by my client?
I need it before I can record easement plat and the three deeds.
If not, please check with County Attorney Office and County Executive Office.

I have revised as Greg noted—except for the optional relocation of the comma. Greg and I use a different style book for
the placement of a comma before or after the close quote mark in the particular usage.
I have sent the revised documents to my client for signing and will have delivered to you when I receive them back—likely
tomorrow.

George,
Forgive me for replying with the County Attorney's comments in just one large file for each of the deeds, but the edits
are so minor that I don't believe you'll have any trouble with them.

The main edit is to show the Tax Map and Parcel number as the full 14 digits,which would be 07200-00-00-03200
(instead of the shorthand version:72-32). There's also a spacing edit and a registration number missing on the
Certificate of Plat.
Please make these small changes and submit signed versions for the County Executive to sign. I'll put them in the queue
for his signature as soon as I receive them.

Dear Mr. Newberry,
On behalf of my client, The Miller School of Albemarle, Inc., attached for review by you and the County Attorney's office
are the following documents:
1. Certificate of Plat;
2. Signed Easement Plat(3 sheets)to be attached to and recorded with the Certificate of Plat;
3. Deed of Dedication and Easement for a new permanent drainage easement;
4. Deed of Sight Distance Easement; and
5. Deed of Dedication and Easement for a new stormwater management access easement.
In preparing attachments 3, 4, and 5, I used the master forms provided to me by Greg Kamptner, Deputy County Attorney.
I understand this morning from Gerri Stewart, Director of Finance at the Miller School, that the approval by the County of a
performance bond is being held up until one or more of these easements are dedicated. In order t,,�a-the School may
proceed with its work, I would appreciate review and any comment upon the attachments at tryE ea;iiest convenience of
you and Mr. Kamptner.
As soon as these are approved, I will have the documents signed by the President of the Echo cr it behalf and submit
to you.
