I think the Health Department is extremely busy. Here is the latest information that I've
received:
"Please reiterate that it is in their interest that that the Health Department is able to
confirm a Reserve Area. If not, they will be going back to the OSE to delineate the area and
then to a surveyor to show it on the plat. I don't see the need to require this if there is
a chance that the HD already has this information, but if they're in a hurry, you may advise
them that they can take the route just mentioned. Again, I hope to be able to look into it
on Wednesday and will follow up with you so that you can pass the word along."

The Health Department did email me on Friday afternoon to say that they were going to need a
little bit more time. His email said he would have information by the early part of this
week.
Yes, fees are accepted by cash or check at our front desk between 8am and 5pm, Monday through
Friday.

I'd like to provide a quick update on your application.
I reviewed the files associated with the special use permit, but did not find any additional
information related to the questions below.
However, I spoke with the Health Department on the phone this afternoon and they said they
expected to provide a response to me by the end of the week.

I also further looked into the question about the abutting owners signing the plat.
Ordinarily, it is necessary for neighbors to sign a plat such as this one due to the
creation/changing of the private street, but that is not the case here. I spoke with Tim by
phone to let him know not to respond to this comment.
Finally, I did confirm with my supervisors that the groundwater assessment fee is required
for this division. Here is a link to the ordinance that discusses some of the Board's

I am unclear as to why Jeremy (should be Jerry) or Tammy Hall need to sign this plat, please
explain. The tax map shown in the GIS web site clearly marks the land boundary line and
Jerry/Tammy do not own any land that will be affected as far as I know.
The health department had to approve this division when I submitted to the board two years
ago before I could move forward so it should be filed in the county records under the special
use permit.
Please explain why I need a ground water test. Per S. Clark all divisions do not need ground
water testing which is why I did not submit the additional fee with the division plat.
