If they can remember some conclusion reached on the proposed division, please have them contact me. My next step is to review the last Board meetings where this section was last revised on November 11,2008 and December 2, 2009. I will try to provided comments as soon as possible. Assuming everything looks good under Section 6.4(D)(2),then we'd just be looking for VDH approval to approve this plat. Thanks, 1.T.
