Massie Saunders, With regard to comment#2. Attached is the County GIS which shows the WPO over the portion of land depicted on the BLA. From your phone call/message you said the stream note is not applicable be there is no stream buffer. Please review the attached map I provided. Are you claiming that the County's WPO map is inaccurate and there is no stream out there? Or are you claiming that the BLA is not taking place on that portion of the property line where the WPO is shown. Please respond to my comment letter with your resubmittal, I'll need 3 copies of the revised plat. If you maintain that there is no stream/stream buffer/WPO then I will need to have the County Engineer review this plat and sign off on that aspect of it before I approve the plat. Hope that helps.
