The sight distance, as shown on the final road plans, is entirely within the VDOT r/w and we do not show a sight distance easement on the plans or plat because of it. I have removed the notation from the plat indicating that there might be a sight distance easement. The comments attached refer to the sight distance easement which your comment response letters says has been removed from the plat, so I'm assuming you will have to submit again to address this comment.
