Once the county has everything that they need they will let us know that the plat is ready to sign. At that time we will print the original mylar and contact Mr. Yoder for owners notarized signature. Once the owner has signed the original mylar, we can then take the original to the county for their signature. Once the county has signed we will then make the final copies that you may record with the Road Maintenance Agreement. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Is Roger's plat approved and ready to go? If so, I can get Harry's signature on the Easement and Road Maintenance Agreement, attach the plat,then record. Please let me know if you can get an original to me for recording soon. Harry, I am attaching the final approved Easement and Road Maintenance Agreement; if you want to print it out on your end, sign it in front of a notary,get it notarized and return it to my office,we will get it recorded. Or, if you just want to drop by my office,you can sign and we can go from there. I was going to ask David about this but I couldn't track him down and wanted to get my comments completed. He may say it's required, so I'll follow up as soon as I can get an answer from him.
