We appreciate your efforts to issue the site plan approval as soon as possible so that our contractor may acquire their permits for construction. Hazen and Sawyer has also sent their 4 copies of plans to you so you should receive them shortly. Mr.Thach overnighted the plats to us yesterday so we will deliver those to Cheryl Stockton at Draper today when received and she can sign them and bring them to the County for signature, although we understand plat signature is not necessary for the site plan approval. The plat is now approvable, but we need a copy of the letter of intent/agreement with the owner of TMP78-21B before the County will sign the plat. It seems that a revised Site Plan submittal will be necessary to resolve the remaining issues, but I think the "temporary easement" issue has been taken care of. Other than the EC note,the plat is approvable, but until we know that it actually matches what is shown on the Site Plan it could be a somewhat ineffectual plat.
