Please find attached a copy of the signed letter of Agreement with Mr.Thach for our use of Pireus Row. We will also
hand deliver a hard copy of this letter to your office today. It is my understanding that the WPO is approved and there is
nothing else outstanding for our site plan approval. We appreciate your efforts to issue the site plan approval as soon as
possible so that our contractor may acquire their permits for construction.
Hazen and Sawyer has also sent their 4 copies of plans to you so you should receive them shortly. Mr.Thach
overnighted the plats to us yesterday so we will deliver those to Cheryl Stockton at Draper today when received and she
can sign them and bring them to the County for signature, although we understand plat signature is not necessary for
the site plan approval.

I have reviewed the plat revision submittal and all of my previous comments have been addressed. The plat is now
approvable, but we need a copy of the letter of intent/agreement with the owner of TMP78-21B before the County will
sign the plat. Once a copy of that letter/agreement is provided,a signed copy of the plat may be submitted for County
signature.

Please find attached my comments for the above referenced application. Engineering has also reviewed the plat and
has no additional comments other than those included in mine. It seems that a revised Site Plan submittal will be
necessary to resolve the remaining issues, but I think the "temporary easement" issue has been taken care of. Other
than the EC note,the plat is approvable, but until we know that it actually matches what is shown on the Site Plan it
could be a somewhat ineffectual plat. Please keep in mind that the plat and WPO application must be approved before
the Site Plan can be approved. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, concerns,or need further clarification.

I understand that whether or not the temporary easement will be used is in contention. I have attached a plat with the
other comments addressed. We will probably know by Monday if the temp easement will be shown on the final plat. I
understand that you may not have time to look at the plat before then, but am sending just in case.

Regarding County comment 2, I don't think there should be a line separating Marchant from Broadway on my plat.
Although Marchant is posted private, it appears that plats all the way from E Market have dedicated to public use. Let
me know if you have questions. Plats are attached.
I ran into Michelle when I was dropping off a term contract for survey services. She asked me about the plat and I told
her we received comments today. I have made the changes except for the easement coordination with your plans. Have
easements changed since I prepared the plat?
