I did get the submittal yesterday...since t :re were revisio from the previous submittal it has a 14 day deadline,
which is the April 1. My hope is to get to it I. er this we: ,though, so I'll let you know as soon as I get the review
done (and hopefully get it signed assuming all c. m- is were addressed).

I did get the submittal yesterday...since there were revisions from the previous submittal it has a 14 day deadline,
which is the April 1. My hope is to get to it later this week,though, so I'll let you know as soon as I get the review
done (and hopefully get it signed assuming all comments were addressed).

Quick question,
Quin dropped of the signed vellums for Lots 14 through 15 BLA (SUB201400027) for County signatures. Do
you know when those might be ready to pick up. I just got an email from the attorney and it looks like one of
the owners may be going out of town soon and they will need to sign some documents they have prepared
before they leave. It won't impact what we are doing or the plat being signed by the County.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.

Hope all is finding you well.
Thank you for the comments and I apologize for so many. It was one of those moments where I had about two
hours from start to finish and get that in.
Well in the process of haste I had forgotten about Lot 13. It was being revised to allow for a side load garage on
Lot 14 as Lot 15 was being revised to allow for side load on Lot 16. When it is all said in done all four lots can
now have side load garages.
I have attached the revised plat for your review and will be glad to bring you down some hard copies upon your
request being how Lot 13 has been added to the mix.
