THIS DEED, made this lot day of May, 1985, by and between

and EDITH CATLIN LAWRENCE, husband and wife, and MICHEL VAN
YAHRES and MARGARET F. VAN YABRES, husband and wife, hereinafter

in consideration of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00),
cash in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged,
the Grantor does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and

CONVEY, with
General Warranty and English Covenants of Title to
Francis McQ.
Lawrence and Edith Catlin Lawrence, husband and
wife, a one-half undivided interest in the following -described
14) property, as tenants by the entirety with full right of survivor-
rN ship as at common law, and not as tenants in common, and to
Michel Van Yahres and Margaret F. Van Yabres, husband and wife,
a one-half undivided interest in the following -described property,
as tenants by the entirety with full right of survivorship as at
common law, and not as tenants in common, to -wit:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, with improve
ments thereon and appurtenances thereunto pertaining,
shown and described as Parcel C-2 on a plat of survey
of G. V. Kirk Hughes, dated April 5, 1985, a copy of
which is attached hereto to be recorded herewith.
Said property is a portion of the property which was
conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed from the Char-
lottesville Woolen Mills, Inc., dated December 1,
1964, of record in the Clerk's office of the Circuit
Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 403
at page 587.
This conveyance is made subject to all easements, restric-
tions and conditions contained in duly -recorded deeds, plats or
other instruments constituting constructive notice in the chain
of title to the above -described property which have not expired
by time limitations contained therein or otherwise become in-
effective.
In consideration of the premises, the Grantor further
RELEASES and QUITCLAIMS unto the Grantees, in the same undivided
interest estates as not forth above, all of its right, title and

interest in and to that portion of the coal bin shown on the
attached plat which is shown to encroach on the Ci0 Railroad
right-of-way.
