The County Attorney's office approved the revised maintenance agreement.
Please submit a revised plat along with a signed version of the revised maintenance agreement. The County can sign the
plat with the revisions below(4/11 email).

Mike,
I spoke with Greg Kamptner this morning and he asked that we update the private street maintenance agreement for
the revised easement plat. I've attached the draft Word version of the maintenance agreement that Mr.Webb and I
worked on last July, as well as the PDF of the approved version. I will forward the revised maintenance agreement to
Greg as soon as it's ready.
He also mentioned the Declarations preceding the currently recorded plat may need to be updated (see paragraph 2 in
D.B.4446, P. 705; it will refer to an outdated plat), but that wouldn't prevent our approval. We can approve the
easement plat with the revisions below and approved maintenance agreement.

Here are Planning comments for this easement plat. I will let you know when I receive comments back from the County
Attorney's office.
[14-302(A)(4)] On Sheet 2, please add the dimensions and the name of the owner of record for any easements
shown.
O. [14-302(B)(5)] On Sheet 1, please note this property is zoned R-15 and subject to the proffers associated with
ZMA2000-00010 and any applicable conditions of SP2000-00069 and SP2000-00070.
[14-302(B)(7)] On Sheet 1, please note this property does not lie within a water supply watershed or an
agricultural-forestal district.
A. [14-303(A)] On Sheet 1, please update the language of the Owner's Approval with the specific language found
in this section.
v5 [14-303(0)] On Sheet 1, please add a signature panel for the Subdivision Agent of the County.

Hi Mike,
Mr. Webb came into our office last week to pay the fee for the easement plat we had been emailing about late last year
and somehow the application had disappeared from the our front desk area. Michael and I searched all over for it, but
never found it.
Mr. Webb thought maybe it had already been recorded and provided me with a reference to a document(attached), but
I don't think this recorded easement is the one that you included in your application... is it? If not, then is it possible for
you to recreate that application?
Sorry this has been difficult to get done. (Also, FYI, Michael is no longer with the County-- he took a job in Denver.)

Mr. Myers and Mr.Webb,
We discovered an easement plat application within some paperwork for a road bond inspection in Avemore Phase IV.
I was the Planner for the final site plan and last minor amendment for Phase IV, so I'll likely process the easement plat,
but we first need Mr.Webb to sign the application and the$200 fee to be paid before it can be processed further.
Unfortunately,the next submittal deadline for this application is Monday, November 25th. I'll leave the application at
the front desk for the owner signature and fee.
