Please note that I have also removed the notation for a 25' setback fro the hared driveway easement. The shared driveway easement is not frontage and the setbac' is not re•uired. 2. Note I has been added to state tha the shared driv- ay easement will not be maintained by VDOT or the county. 3. We will wait to hear from you - •out health department apt royal. 4.
