Dear Ms. Long,
Old Ivy Residences - Preserved to Managed Slopes Action
The Albemarle County Planning Commission at its meeting on November 29, 2022, recommended denial of ZMA2021-8
Old Ivy Residences by a vote of 4:2 due to the Old Ivy Road traffic conditions, while different from 1985 when the proffer
in ZMA1985-21 was established, do not appear at a level to satisfy the condition precedent established by ZMA1985-21.
The Planning Commission recommended approval of ZMA2021-9 Old Ivy Residences - Preserved to Managed Slopes by a
vote of 6:0 for the reasons stated in the staff report.
