I discussed our meeting with the County Engineer, Glenn Brooks. Due to time constraints, he said it was OK for me to approve the WPO plans without the certified mix information. However, please have the certified mix info ready at the Pre-Construction meeting, if you wish to provide your own mix. It was with intake,Todd Shifflett. He is waiting for an application and fee. I went ahead and reviewed it. I'm pretty much ready to approve. Can you go ahead and resubmit 4 copies(signed and sealed)and change the title to Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, SWM Plan,and Mitigation Plan?Also, show an outlet protection on sheet C-402 at the end of HDPE pipe.You can re-submit plans with the fee and application.This will take care of the WPO application for this project. From what I recall,there is an intent to submit this WPO plan with a biofilter to meet the Zoning deadline requirement. If you wish to switch to an alternative infiltration bmp, you plan on resubmitting an amendment to the plan. After talking with Glenn, an infiltration bmp might be the cheapest option.You can have E certified geote:—. .-ovine the pert rates that satisfies state standards of ar: infilt`atior, br,,r:. We also discussed sending soil samples to VTech to see if it will meet the biofilter media mix. It might be difficult to mimic the certified filter media mix so that is not a recommended....just an fyi.
