Michelle,
I was hoping to follow up on this a bit earlier, but got caught up with a few other things.
With regards to the one outstanding comment (No.7), I am not aware of an existing BMP with regards to this drainage
area. As we show on Sheet C0.1,this area is part of a Ig.74 acres drainage area that drains to Route 250. Our total
impacts of the site are 0.06 acres, which is less than one third of one percent of the overall drainage area. Since our
contribution to this drainage area is so small it would not affect the runoff coefficient calculation for t:ie drainage area
and would not be apparent in any further calculations.

After looking at our plan I realize the above
may not have been clear per the plan. It is noted on the cover as point 21
under Site Data, but may have been a bit hidden during review.
Please let me know if this will be acceptable. We'd also be happy to come by for one of the engineering meetings to
discuss if needed.

5) Please show at least 50'of topo south of site. This area also contains
"managed slopes." Please show and label "managed slopes"on plan. If site
encroaches on slopes, section 30.7.5 of the Albemarle County Code shall
be met.
The site does not encroach on the manage slopes. County GIS topography
has been added to the plan to make this clearer.
6) Show all existing easements on site. A/so, does the drainage pipe south of
site have an existing easement? Please show if it does. Bldg must not
encroach on easement.
There are no easements within this area of the site.
7) Show the overall area of site to show where runoff all drains to. If parking
lot and expanded portion of bldg. all drain to the same facility, the quality
tradeoff being proposed will be adequate.
An overall drainage area map has been added on Sheet C0.1 .
8) Show a construction entrance. The CE should be included in the limits of
disturbance (LOD).

Thanks for the comment. The comments seem fairly minor and I wanted to see if we can work through a few of these so
that we could submit the copies (with changes)for approval,versus a resubmittal.
With regards to Comments 1 and 2,we have submitted a Minor Site Plan Application and have pending approval. We
typically put the site plan along with the WPO portion of the plan so to keep everything together for the contractor. Is
that acceptable for an answer to Comments 1 and 2?
Comments 3 and 4 are not problem for us to take care of.
We do not have any additional topo south of the site to show(Comment 5). The survey does reach to the top of the
slope. If we add a label below that calls this area "managed slopes" will that be sufficient?
Comment 6—there are no easements within this area of the site.
Comment 7—we can add an overall drainage area map. All the drainage in these areas drains to the same location.
Comment 8—we will add paved CE along with detail in the culdesac
Comment 9 and 10—we can update the LOD to include the Filterra and the striping.
